Mild pepper that grows 6-10 inches in length. Ideal for roasting, stuffing and canning because of their thicker flesh and size. When stuffed with cheese, can be used for chilie relleno recipe. Also excellent in salsa and any other dish where you would use bell peppers, but would like a touch of heat.
